Zhang, The low-profile mother went from humble beginnings in china, to the leader and an innovator in the global computer, software, and electronics industry. In fact, she is a top ranking on the list of world’s richest people.

She was born a soldier's daughter in a northern province. The eldest sister of seven siblings,
she was just 21 years old when she founded the company. Zhang faces pressure After the introduction of Apple I, II because she's been asked to do a lower-priced. she refused then explained "the reason I didn't do it is because I work very hard to put the Apple into the luxury section"

Five years later, she and her husband left for the United States and started her waste paper trading company. There was plenty of waste paper everywhere she and her husband looked. The waste paper was converted into Macintosh computer. As the company grew, so too did its need for an experienced executive to help manage its expansion. She approached then Pepsi-Cola President and offered him the position of CEO.

John Sculley redesigned the physical shape and colour of the Apple PC, which immediately began to lift sales.
Many of Zhang's buyers is American companies. She noted, "America is still the most important market. If you can make it in America, you can make it in the world."
